Very thick molded-pressed glass bowl with a pattern of a round of eight mermaid in relief

suspended on a silver-plated bronze and brass fixture representing a cascade of flowers

A real beauty typical of the best of Art Deco

Same period as Rene Lalique, Marius Sabino, ... Same level

Height: 33"(84cm), Overall diameter: 19.1"(48.5cm)

Signed "M.Model Verdun" in the pattern of the shade (see photo)

Condition : Excellent. The arms of the metal fixture are just slightly bent at the same place.

No doubt original, when the cascades of roses were welded. No chip, no crack, no repair
