Beautiful carved alabaster shade decorated with a central rosette in its lower part and a geometric belt in its upper part, separated by a deep circular groove

Old alabaster cannot be compared to new ones. Old alabaster has veins. Sometimes they can be mistaken for cracks. But they are not cracks, they are veins
